Learning a language is a habit, not a sprint
Most people don’t fail at languages because they aren’t smart enough. They fail because they cram, burn out, and forget. Language Habit is built around the opposite idea: small, consistent practice that works with your memory instead of against it.
Why we built it
We wanted an app that respects your time, one that shows you the right word at the right moment, lets you learn from things you actually enjoy (like your favorite shows), and turns a few minutes a day into real, measurable progress along the CEFR scale.
How it’s different
- Memory-first. A spaced repetition engine schedules every review for the moment you’re about to forget, the most efficient way to remember anything.
- Context over flashcards. Learn words and phrases the way they’re really used, including from real TV dialogue.
- Honest about your level. A placement test and CEFR tracking mean you always know where you stand and what to do next.
- Genuinely motivating. Streaks, daily challenges, XP, and gentle game mechanics make showing up easy.
Whether you’re starting from zero or polishing toward fluency, the goal is the same: help you build a habit you can keep.
